| Separated Material: | In March 1997, the late Mr Brian J. Maddock (son of Dr. Alan J. Maddock) gave to Dr. David Edwards, Senior Honorary Fellow at the Department of Physics, University of Liverpool, a collection of papers relating to Dr. Maddock's friend Professor William Band and his wife's work, including in China, also three letters concerning Band/Maddock work. It is hoped that these papers will also be deposited with Special Collections and Archives. |
