Alfred E. Heap graduated with a B.Eng. in July 1928.

The annual Panto Day began 10 Feb 1905 when students marched in procession to see the pantomime at the Shakespeare Theatre, Fraser Street, Liverpool and continued on a yearly basis with a fundraising, a procession through town, visit to the Theatre and a special Panto Sphinx into the 1930s.
