Biographical/Administrative Information:

J L Paisley entered the University of Liverpool in Oct 1927 and graduated B.Eng Hons. in Civil Engineering Class I in Jul 1930. He was a Thomas Bartlett Scholar in the Faculty of Engineering during the sessions 1927-1930 and for these sessions also held a Borough of Southport Major Scholarship. In Nov 1934 he passed the examinations for the degree of BEng Hons, Civil Engineering.
