| Biographical/Administrative Information: | Miss Edith Jump (b.1898) entered the University as a student at Edge Hill Training College in October 1916. She studied Latin, French, English Literature, Pure Mathematics, Elementary Philology, and Geography, and graduated BA in July 1919. Mrs Marion Curtis a friend of Miss Jump stated that, after leaving the University Miss Jump taught in Lancashire schools until her retirement to Bournemouth. |
