Summary:

Wyndham had obviously sent off a story that was written by his brother Vivian Beynon Harris In a letter of 4 February 1958, Ursula Winant on behalf of Richmond Towers and Benson Ltd. (authors' agents) wrote that once the revisions had been made they had decided that they would be interested in trying to find a publisher for it Son Of The Morning by Vivian Beynon Harris. Vivian refers to this letter in a letter to Laurence Pollinger dated 26 July 1970 see Wyndham 11/3

There are many letters relating to The Midwich Cuckoos which was first published in 1957. Letters from December 1957 refer to the plans to make The Midwich Cuckoos into a film and rumours that there were plans to use the title Village of the Damned.

In a letter of 29 September 1958 from Scott Meredith saying that Ballantine wanted to use the Parkes-Wyndham by-line on the book The Outward Urgebecause the style was not "your usual Wyndham style".
