Summary:In this air-letter, written from his Indian estate, Blakeney says that he is arranging for his bank in Winchester to send payment for the tenth part of Johnsonian Gleanings to Reade, and that the volume should be sent to an address in Norwich. He confirms Reade's query that he does have a relative who was rector of Southport. He says that he should be returning home in April 1947, and that he will try to visit Reade; he believes that Reade must be extremely satisfied now that his work is near completion.
