Some of these items have been annotated with dates to reflect when the depositors father, (John Teather Piper) served on them and in which capacity. Includes an Ivernia notecard with an illustration of a rider on horseback, signed: 'To Jackie love from Daddy'. John Teather Piper (1874-1915) was the Chief Officer of the Lusitania on the ship's final voyage. |
