Memorabilia collected by Dorothy Wrench from her voyage on the Queen Mary in 1963.

Dorothy was awarded the Walter Hines Page Scholarship, offered by the National Union of Teachers, through which she travelled to the America to visit schools and colleges. A photocopy of two newspaper cuttings from the Yorkshire Times, before and after her trip, [D42/RC/7/1] gives more detail.

She sailed on the Queen Mary from Southampton on 28th March 1963. The memorabilia collected includes Menu Cards, a passenger list, daily programmes, and a book.
