Details filled in by the graduate (and returned to the Registrar) comprise a statement that was a student of University College during the whole or part of [almost without exception the whole] undergraduate study, the Liverpool degree desire to be admitted to, name and address in full, and degree in the Victoria University and date of admission.

Though the date "1904-5" is given on the spines the date stamps on the forms are all of 1904.
