Related Material:Dr. Kenneth Young's wife, Mrs. Lesley Young, was a member of staff of the University's Careers and Appointments Board, later Careers Advisory Service, as Administrative Assistant, later as Quality/Systems Manager, from 1978 until her retirement in 2005. Biographical/Administrative Information:Dr. Kenneth R. Young graduated B.Sc. in July 1965, B.Sc. with Honours in Chemistry in July 1966, and Ph.D. in July 1970. A copy of Dr. Young's Ph.D. thesis, 'Diffusion and conduction phenomena in polyamide - penetrant systems', is held by the Harold Cohen Library, reference Thesis 6941.YOU. Copies of Dr. Young's subsequent M.Ed. thesis (1983), 'The development and implementation of a physical science programme with special reference to chemistry in a selective girls' secondary school', are held by the Sydney Jones Library, reference Thesis 8330.YOU, and in the University Library's Education Stock, reference Education Thesis 1360.
