/2. Architect. Material relating to Cubitt's career as an architect. Including papers relating to individual architectural projects, such as the University of Benghazi in Libya. Comprises notebooks, sketches, reports, articles, photographs and plans.

/3. Artist. Material relating to Cubitt's career as a sculptor. Comprises sketches, catalogues of works, notes on exhibitions and accounts.

/4. Personal Papers. Material relating to personal interests and involvements. Includes correspondence, papers relating to the Mortimer and Burghfield Labour Party, papers relating to Greece (including, in particular, the campaign for the restitution of the Parthenon/Elgin Marbles), biographical information, invitations to events and information on work contracts

The Gerald Beech Partnership Papers relate to various projects the company was involved with, particularly the erection of Bedford House Staff Club and the Wyncote Development. There are also folders relating to smaller projects at a warehouse in Gloucester Place, Abercromby Square redevelopment/railings, Staff House extension into 5 Abercromby Square, Staff House future developments, Corporation Cottage, University Air Squadron buildings at 24-26 Oxford Street, the University Chaplaincy, Tate Hall, School of Architecture and the University Naval Unit at 18 Oxford Street. These folders consist mainly of correspondence, plans and drawings, tenders, certificates for payment, invoices, reports, minutes and costings.

Records of Harvey and Wheeler, comprising a series of files on architectural development in 655 towns in Britain. Files contain lists of shops etc in major shopping streets of British towns (Aberdeen-York) with sketch plans and elevations or properties, photos, correspondence, sales particulars etc.
