Biographical/Administrative Information:Witold Korzeniewicz was a student at the Polish School of Architecture from 1942-1945. The Polish School of Architecture was established at the University of Liverpool in 1942. The School aimed to provide Polish architectural students with the skills to reconstruct Poland after World War II. Students were mostly taught by staff from Polish University Technical Colleges, while staff from the Polish and Liverpool Schools worked together to assess students' work. The curriculum was based on the University of Liverpool's Degree of Architecture course, as this course closely corresponded to that of the principal Polish Schools of Architecture of the period.
