Lecture notes together with a few duplicated typescript notes, "problems" etc.

A. Mr. Ansell notes, as regards the completeness of the Lecture Notes he has given to the University Archives:

(a) Session 1965-66 (Introductory): Chemistry (all notes), Botany (some notes), and Zoology (no notes).

(b) Session 1966-67 (Part I): half of the marks were awarded for Chemistry (Organic, Inorganic, and Physical) the notes of all of which survive, and the other half of the marks were awarded for Biochemistry (one quarter), Microbiological Biochemistry (one eighth), and Cell Biology (one eighth), the notes of all of which survive with the exception of Cell Biology.

(c) Session 1967-68 (Part II): half of the marks were awarded for Chemistry (Inorganic, Organic, and Physical), one quarter for Biochemistry, one eighth for Animal Behaviour, and one eighth for Neurophysiology, the notes of all of which survive.

(d) Session 1968-69 (Honours Year): all the Biochemistry Lecture notes.

B. Whilst in only one or two cases (e.g. Dr. Eric Korn, on Neurophysiology) has Mr. Ansell (subsequently) noted the names of the lecturers as regards Sessions 1965-66 to 1967-68 inclusive, the names of the lecturers and the dates of the lectures were noted by him during the Honours Year, 1968-69.
