Biographical/Administrative Information: | Dr Morgan, BArch 1947, PhD 1958. From 1948 until his retirement in 1980 he was a member of staff of the School of Architecture, initially as Lecturer, later Senior Lecturer in Architecture, d. 1992E. Weisner (featured on the photograph of the School's staff, D620/3/6) was Ernst Weisner, a Czechoslovakian Jew, who was a part-time lecturer in the School. A pioneer of the Modern Movement, he also practised in Liverpool, his work including the design of St.Nicholas' Primary School, Brownlow Hill, and a shop in Lord Street which has been since demolished.
