Watkinson to the Principal/Vice-Chancellor regarding the Agreement (1902) with the College re walls of college buildings and strip of land adjoining the tunnel on the E.side of Brownlow St. etc. the lease of 40 & 42 Brownlow St. to the University (1906-09) and the proposed enlargement of the Walker Engineering Laboratories (1906-11), 25 July 1902, 17 May 1906-5 July 1911.
